Eligibility for Refund & Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
✅ Defective Product: If the delivered PVA accounts are not working or have login issues.
✅ Does Not Meet Requirements: If the accounts do not match the specifications mentioned in the product description.
✅ Account Access Issues: If an account is inaccessible despite following the provided guidelines.
✅ Request Within 3 Days: Refund or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Refund Process

- Verification: Our team will verify the issue and confirm if it meets the refund criteria.
- Resolution: We will either replace the defective accounts or process a refund based on the case.
- Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the faulty accounts. Here’s how it works:

🔄 Replacement Approval: If eligible, we will provide you with new accounts as a replacement.
🔄 Quick Delivery: Replacement accounts will be delivered within 24-48 hours after approval.
Important Notes
❌ We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or if the accounts were misused after delivery.
❌ Accounts that have been modified, resold, or used against platform policies are not eligible for refund or replacement.
